Ranch Rodeo at Sugar Tree Farm

“SURPRISE COWBOY” is what the banner on the red trailer said.

Bruce and Kathy are the proprietors of Sugar Tree Farm. This Ranch Rodeo was Bruce’s Suprise Birthday Celebration.  Kathy really pulled this one off, Bruce didn’t have a clue.

At last years rodeo Bruce was seriously hurt. He was out of commission for months. He was even told he probably would not ride horses again. YEAH RIGHT! It sure was GREAT to see him out there on his horse having fun again.

This was our first Ranch Rodeo. OMG… it was so much FUN! There were lots of fun events; Team Sorting, Barrel Racing, Krazy Eights, Break-Away Roping, Hold Your Cow, and an Obstacle Course.  It was fun to watch everyone compete, especially the kids. Everyone had a great time!

We met a lot of really nice people and saw some beautiful horses, some cute dogs and a lot of great kids. Even made soem new friends.

There is another Ranch Rodeo planned for August. We can’t wait. We will be there with cameras in hand to try and capture all the fun. Sugar Tree Farm is definitely one of our favorite places to go.

We would like to Thank both Bruce and Kathy for the wonderful opportunity to come out and take pictures of this event. It was FUN, FUN, and more FUN. We hope to see everyone there in August.Good friends, good fun, good food….. GOOD TIMES.
